After Never, Before Always came very easily, as it was pretty much a 100% live solid improvisation session.
The track immediately gave me a feeling about being in between, falling in love but being out of touch. You aren't quite at 'Never' but you certainly aren't at 'Always'.
I think this song takes place when you begin to attach back to to something, a reality of sorts, and you aren't sure of your place yet.
